Before moving a drawing from AutoCAD to Photoshop, get the size right through going to Page Setup
Change paper size
When it's what you want, export it as EPS from Plot
Go to photoshop
To fill an area we have to line it
Adding an arrow and distorting it:
you can add any effects to the drawing when it's on photoshop because it turns to a picture and anything will apply.
